Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate details. Keep your password and sign-in codes private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Generations use credits. Subscriptions add credits each billing period; credit packs add credits once. The price of each generation is shown before you start it and may change for future generations.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire if your account is deleted. Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise. Credits spent on a generation that fails are returned automatically.

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

You keep the rights you have in what you upload and in the images, video and audio you generate, to the extent the law allows. You give us a licence to store, process and show that content only to run the service for you.

When you publish a work to Community, you also allow other users to view it and its prompt, and to use the prompt to create their own work. You can unpublish at any time.

AI output can be similar for different users and may not be protectable by copyright. You are responsible for how you use it.

Do not use Terrun.ai to create or share:

• sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people;
• content that harasses, threatens or defames others, or promotes violence or hate;
• deceptive impersonations of real people or organisations, or election misinformation;
• content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.

Do not abuse the service: no automated scraping, credit farming through multiple accounts or referral abuse, attempts to bypass limits or safety filters, or attacks on our systems.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Report problems with the Report option on any shot, comment or profile.

Terrun.ai runs generations on models from third-party providers. Their availability, quality and output are outside our full control, and we may add, change or remove models.

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that outputs will meet your needs.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms; if a change is material we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. You can stop using the service at any time. We may end access for serious or repeated breaches.
